Preparation: Infused extra virgin olive oil are made with first pressed, cold pressed extra virgin olive oil that are infused with premium natural aromas produced in Italy. The olive oil is genuine, authentic extra virgin, first press, cold pressed, very low acidity, very high antioxidants and premium quality. Augusto Balsamic Vinegars of Modena are all certified European PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) which preserves the pure, high quality ingredients and guarantees the richest, smoothest flavors.
