Extraction system: The fruit is harvested at the optimum time of the ripening process and is elaborated the same day so their qualities are expressed at their maximum potential. ALMAOLIVA has its own system of continuous extraction with state of the art Italian technology.

Tasting notes: Is the result of a balanced mix o the Arbequina and Coratina varietals, where the singularities of the Arbequina are enhanced with those typical of the Coratina, achieving an oil with more character: fruity, slightly spicy and bitter.

Food pairing: Grilled fish, well seasoned soups and grilled vegetables.

Consumer profile: Nice for those who like less intense olive oil.
